Surveys
have shown that almost everyone in today's stressful world, has

people never realize that dream because they ultimately give in
to the fact that their dream is not affordable - - either in $dollars$
or the time that they could really use their vacation home.

fact that a decent single family home, near the ocean will cost
$225,000 to $1,000,000 effectively squashes the hopes of a vacation
home for most of us.
Once
you get past the $dollars$ problem, then you deal with the time
factor - - Why own a house for 52 weeks if you can only use it for
8 to 10 weeks each year.

It is called CO-OWNERSHIP
(as in Cooperative Ownership)! For the past 22 years we have
been offering the opportunity to OWN real property on the Long Beach
Island for a reasonable amount of time - - ten (10) weeks each year,
at an affordable price - - $95,900 (ocean block) to $200,000 (ocean
front).
To
some, TIME SHARE is a scary term. We are not talking about, or offering,
a time share in the generally accepted manner of thinking. CO-OWNERSHIP
is fee simple deeded ownership, a legal term, describing
a form of property ownership very much like the form of ownership
